FAQ

What are the size and print area of the gaiter?

The gaiter is 25 × 50 cm, knitted as a seamless tube. Front and back are printed separately, edge to edge. Logo and text go in the 22 × 47.5 cm safe area slightly inside the edges; the designer shows it with a dashed line.

Why are the front and back designed separately?

Although the gaiter is knitted as a tube, it is printed in two passes, one side and then the other, so a pattern cannot run seamlessly over the side folds. You can print the same design on the back or make a different one.

What is the minimum order?

100 pieces. You enter the quantity in the quote step.

How do I turn my design into a quote?

Upload your logo, choose the background and enter the quantity in the quote step. WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message including your design and product image; your logo file reaches us too.

Which logo file should I upload?

SVG gives the best result; a vector file prints sharp at any size. If you upload a PNG or JPG, the page measures the resolution and warns you if it may print blurry. White backgrounds are removed automatically.

Will the print look exactly like the preview?

The preview is representative; printed colors may vary slightly by fabric. We check your file together with you before printing.
